A jump in time

A decade ago a young girl walked up to me at a wedding and asked me to photograph her. With very little prompting, she did an amazing c-jump. I loved it so much that I put it on my site and it's been up there ever since. When guests approach me at a wedding and ask if my B&W set is a photo booth, I pop out my phone and show them samples from my site. Guests see that shot and joke that a jump like that might not be in their wheelhouse. All the same, it sets the tone and helps them understand that my B&W set is not a boring photo booth or portrait set.

This past weekend that young girl, now a young woman and a bride, decided to give it a go again at her own wedding. With a heavy bustle, and easily several jello shots in (delivered by a donkey named Don Julio) she revisited that famous c-jump. Kara, you did not disappoint.
